What is your standard shipping timeframe?
Most in-stock items ship within 2-4 business days via UPS. For oversized furniture or delicate glassware, please allow 7-10 business days for specialized white-glove handling and delivery.
How do I care for my Hudson Grace linens and dinnerware?
We recommend machine washing our European linens on a gentle cycle and air drying to preserve fiber integrity. Our artisanal stoneware is generally dishwasher safe, but we suggest hand-washing hand-painted pieces to maintain their finish.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. For international inquiries outside of North America, please contact our concierge team for a custom shipping quote and customs information.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders move quickly through our fulfillment center to ensure prompt delivery. You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase; after that, we are unable to guarantee changes but will assist you with a return once the item arrives.
